How can two people live comfortably in just  60 (sqm)?

We’ve always believed that the real challenge of small spaces isn’t the size, but the balance of proportion and circulation. This project is a perfect example. From the daily life of the couple, we identified their main pain points and approached them with a strategic, design-thinking mindset.

We boldly rotated the TV wall and used a sleek black architectural volume to integrate the TV, kitchen, and storage functions into one cohesive element.his single move divided the home into two layers — black and white:Black represents order, white embodies openness. From then on, the living area gained both a visual anchor and a sense of calm equilibrium.

Many people are afraid of using black — they worry it will feel heavy or oppressive. But to us, black can also be gentle and grounding. It’s not just a single color, but a conversation between materials ; the texture of black marble, the warmth of dark wood grain, and the precision of matte metal lines — each shade of black carries its own temperature and tactile emotion, layering the space with subtle richness and depth.

Once order was defined by the black volume, the other half of the home was returned to white.
The living room now faces the most generous city window, welcoming sunlight freely.
The home became a vessel of light — where clean walls and smooth circulation create a quiet rhythm that helps the mind settle.

Passing through the soft archway, the gentle glow above the bed feels like a light filter — more than illumination, it offers an emotional transition, allowing the night to softly separate from the day.

And then there’s the biggest challenge — storage.

We carved out both a storage room and a walk-in closet, giving every belonging a proper place.
Because we believe: aesthetics that don’t occupy the visual field, are the truest form of beauty.
In small homes, comfort often hides in these just-right details.
