#義式餐酒館大改造  #EISENbistro

開業五年的艾昇小館是當地很有名的餐廳,改造之前帶有濃厚的工業風格,是一間美食與美酒兼具的義式餐酒館。這次改造的想法,是將原本的西式刀叉換成了中式筷子湯匙,餐點仍以西式為主,卻改成了中式吃法。因此,為了在品牌形象上更符合理念,我們試圖讓原本的工業風格大改變,用比較摩登、清新的形象風格取代。

EISEN Bistro is 5 years old , it is a famous local restaurant. Before the transformation, It has a strong industrial style and is an bistro with both food and wine. The change of concept replaced the original Western-style knife and fork with chopsticks and spoon. Meals are still mainly Western, but have mixed Easten element. Therefore, in order to be accord with design concepts of the brand image, we tried to make a big change in the original industrial style, replacing it with a more modern and fresh image style.

新的主視覺以「燕麥色 + 白色」這二個顏色作為空間主題色,沿用既有的楓木紋作為空間暖色調,目的之一是希望二代店新的清新形象,吸引更多民眾來享用美食。二樓樓板挑空手法,讓玻璃外的光線引進室內,室內更明亮,進入到空間能享受挑空開闊的空間,上下樓層有了互動,用餐時,消費者能體驗更棒的視覺和味覺感受。

The new main vision uses the two colors of “Oatmeal and white” as the theme of space, and use the original maple wood as the warm color, the purpose is hope the new look and fresh image of the EISEN bistro 2.0 will attract more people to come here and enjoy food. we hollowed the floor slabs on the second floor, allow light from the window to be introduced into inside. After entering the space, people can enjoy the open space, and experience a better visual and taste when dining.
